That's right FMA fans. Lots of milestones being reached in the club this year. A big thanks goes out to all of you for making this possible.

Contest Time!
When we hit 2000 members we are going to celebrate by holding 2 contest. Since this is a re-try of the groups first contest it will be any topic goes. The quality for entry will follow group rules very strictly. (see featured gallery for examples of what is acceptable). We will also hold an icon contest so you can start working on your entry now. (moving icons will have a much better chance of selection)

We could also use a couple more admin to help with other group functions like running contest and donation drives, so if you'd like to join the team post here or leave the group a message.
(There are more details on the main roles in other blog entries.)

Lastly, we are still taking donations for supergroup on the new page setup just for donations. This would open up all new possibilities for the group and be greatly beneficial to us all. If you'd like to donate you can do so here Right now we still only have 249 points, so anything helps as we are well away from our goal. You also get a group feature of your art when you donate, the highest getting a home page feature. Making super group will open up contest voting to the members as well.

Story Time

Golden Time p1 The streets are pretty peaceful tonight, well, I suppose that's somewhat common as of late, what with that one man running about. What was his name?

       They're calling him Scar, remember, because no one knows what his real name is.

       Oh right, right. But honestly, I've found I prefer them this way. I feel like I could just stand out here all night, breathing in the chilly, fresh air. Although there's a bit of train smoke polluting it, but that comes with being in a city lately.

FMA- Anniversary Winry Elric was not one to worry needlessly, and yet that was exactly what she was doing. She had been so wrapped up in everything that had to be done in the house that she hadn't noticed Edward disappear. And with the kids no less. They hadn't come back since she noticed either, which was more than two hours ago and so, she was worried.

"What if something happened to them?" she thought. She tried calling them but Edward was not picking up his phone. She even tried calling her neighbors to see where they had gone but most were not at home, and the ones that were said that they saw them leave a couple hours ago but knew nothing elseFMA- Anniversary by =yunamoogle

MISSION STATEMENT:

The purpose of this group is to display HIGH QUAILTY FMA art in one place. That's right this your one stop show for the best of the best, the cream of the crop and only the best. The admins have been personally scouring deviantart to provide members with great art.

SUBMITION:

This group is for high quality and detailed art only. (So, if you spent less than a couple of hours on it, it's prolly not going to make it in.) Submissions that are borderline will go into

Don't feel bad or get discouraged if your submission doesn't make it, it's just not right for this group, but all submission will have a hard screening to pass.

Screening Criteria

Submission acceptance will be highly regulated. Any submissions that do not meet the criteria below will be declined. If your submission is declined, feel free to submit it to one of our affilates below. Many are not restricted as much as this group.

SUBMIT TO THE CORRECT GALLERY OR YOU WILL BE DECLINED
Submissions should be colored and shaded or extremely well shaded
(cell/vector shading ok)
Submissions must be highly detailed (i.e. 2hr+ time spent); some people spend 8+ hrs to days on a piece and it shows
Submissions must be related to Full Metal Alchemist
(seems obvious, but you'd be suprised)
Yaoi/Yuri are accepted, but they have to be tasteful and meet group standards.
FEATURED GALLERY
The Featured Gallery is for the top 25 on the site only.
MASS SUBMISSIONS WITHOUT REGARD TO THESE POSTED CRITERIA WILL NOW RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN FROM THE GROUP
Single submissions that are blatantly against criteria could also result in a ban. I'm sorry it's come to this, but if your not willing to follow the rules, your just wasting everyone's time. This is not the group for you.
If you have any questions about something your thinking of submitting, ask first. It will be a lot more well received than just taking your chances.

Membership is wide open, if you like FMA and you want the best, this is the place for you.

hey, my suggestion, i did this and i ws more than just satisfied....finish the first series and then watch the movie: Conqueror of Shamballa...You can't believe the level of awesomeness!! the movie is the continuation of the first series....Brotherhood is quite different from the series...it's based on the manga...

Heya, it generally will take us a few days to approve something as we have commitments such as work and education which means that we can't spend 24/7 on our computer approving deviations. I've looked over it and accepted it.
